That is a freeze on purpose, considering the fact he always has stable ms. He did it after falling in the void and getting a kill. He did it before getting the kill so he could have the pearl at the right time.

As you can see from 0:02-0:04 he gets two hits and that is not possible without any of the: reach, keepsprint and no hit/click delay.
I beat him then he "toggles on me"
