Hello everyone,
As our developers are trying to fix bugs, sometimes it can be frustrating for them if not enough information is provided, or if the bug reported isn't even a bug. In this forum post we aim to clarify how to report a bug, and what is considered a bug and some questions surrounding bug reporting.
How do I report A Bug?
To report a bug click "Create Topic", once a topic is created all the questions will be provided to you and information regarding them will also be listed. Once you finish writing your report select the type of priority your report is. This will help our developers fix the most important bugs first, and the least later. You can find this below the title of your post.
After that it will automatically be given the Awaiting Staff Response status. After a few hours/days it will receive the Fixing status if we are fixing it or the Fixed status if we already fixed it. If it receives the Fixing status we may ask for further questions. Staff may also have the right to change the priority of your report, if they feel like the one you chose was not suitable enough.
What Should Not Be Considered A Bug?
- Your account being compromised/hacked.
